Troy Eugene Blakeley
December 28, 1964 ~ June 1, 2021
Troy Eugene Blakeley unexpectedly passed away June 1st, 2021 at his residence in the comfort of his own bed. Troy was born in Ogden Utah on December the 28th, 1964 to his parents Linda Kay Wilson and Blaine Eugene Blakeley. He graduated from Roy High school and attended Ogden Weber Applied Technology College to obtain his Design Craftsman Certificate and later went on to study real estate. Troy grew up in Roy Utah with his parents and brother and later settled in his home in Clearfield Utah.
He was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints during school but as an adult stopped attending church. He never did lose his spirituality and loved to read the many stories of the bible.
From an early age Troy loved the outdoors. He learned to fish and hunt from his dad and he found great joy and comfort in spending time camping and admiring nature. During grade school he was involved in sports and was great at them. He was very involved in boy scouts and even earned the rank of eagle scout.
"My dad was never scared to be human. He was willing to admit that he wasn't perfect, but he always put effort into being the best person he could be. He had a pure and loving soul, a great sense of humor and a humbling honesty. His long conversations will be remembered and missed by many." -Zabrea
Troy was survived by his brother, Rob; his children, Kevin Eugene Blakeley, Alesha Jill Blakeley and Zabrea Ray Losito; his grandchildren, Kaleb Holston, Alex Palmer and Skye Blakeley. Preceded in death by his parents, Linda Kay Blakeley and Blaine Eugene Blakeley.
