Tevan Tobler

Tevan Randall Tobler

May 21, 2001 ~ September 18, 2017

Our cherished son, Tevan, passed away from this world much too soon at the age of 16. Tevan could light up a room with his happiness and smile. He was full of kindness and hard work. He had a great sense of humor.

Tevan was an active Priest in his priest quorum and loved serving in this capacity. He loved seminary and performing baptisms in the temple with his brother and sister. He had just finished reading the Book of Mormon again.

Tevan was dedicated to his physical health, committed to working out every day. He loved sports, particularly running and wrestling and was on the Syracuse high school cross country, track, and wrestling teams.

Tevan loved music and played the harmonica and the piano. He also loved singing and had been a member of several choirs. He loved being a part of his school play and loved acting. It brought him great fulfillment. He loved the oldies – old cars and old music.

Tevan took great joy and satisfaction in the outdoors and spent countless hours on adventures with his family. He had studied outdoor survival for many years to the point he would be considered an expert in the field. He was highly experienced in camping, hunting and fishing. He was a great scouter and about to receive his Eagle. Tevan was an honor student. He had served as President of the National Junior Honor Society.

Tevan spread light wherever he went. He is our Hero. He was his dads “right hand man” and could work harder than anyone we ever knew.

He is survived by his adoring parents – Randy and Tawra Tobler; his older sister - Taya and three younger brothers - Dallan, Corban and Teagan; grandparents – Tom and Tammy Seegmiller and Leo and Carla Tobler; two great grandmas and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Tevan is the best of the best!

We love you Tevan!
