We announce the passing of Rita Elaine Nielsen Bulkley on January 3, 2021 at the age of 85.

She is survived by her children, Jane, Marianne, Loren and Helen, her grandchildren, Janette, Benjamin, Shawn, Michael, Andrea and Christopher.

We all hope that she is finally getting God to answer all her questions.

May she finally flourish.
