Richard Dillon

Richard Earl Dillon passed away on Friday,  March 14, 2014.  There will be a celebration of his life for friends and family on Monday, March 17, 2014 between 4 and 6 p.m. at the VFW Post 8307 on Main Street, Layton, UT.
