Paul Duane Robbins
April 4, 1955 ~ February 26, 2017
Paul Duane Robbins has returned to his Father in Heaven and to his family who have gone before him. We lost our Paul on Sunday, February 26, 2017 due to Stage 4 cancer. He fought hard but was left very weak.
Paul Robbins was brought into this world by Elliott and Athleen Bateman Robbins on April 4, 1955. Though his time with us was short, he lived a full life enjoying camping, fishing, scouting, building, creating and decorating for the holidays; especially Halloween, a real treat. The thing he enjoyed most was being with his family and friends.
Paul served an LDS mission in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He married Julie Truitt, the love of his life, in the Manti Temple.
We will forever miss our brother, husband, father and friend, he will remain in our hearts. Paul is preceded in death by a sister, Frances and grandson, Vinton Clark Brizzi. He is survived by his wife, Julie, children, Julie (Byron) Stoddard, Karee (Talan) Brizzi, James Robbins, Brandon Robbins, Athena (David) McAdams, Lysette Robbins and Cara Robbins, four grandchildren and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Riverdale 7th Ward Chapel, 1056 West 4400 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
We thank all those who has given help, support, and love throughout this difficult time, especially Paul’s brother, Ken (Julene) Robbins for their love, support and guidance.
