Karen Wallace passed away on May 1, 2021. She was born August 5,1951 to Frank and Marie Wallace. She grew up In Ogden Utah, attended Ogden City schools, graduating from Ben Lomond High School in 1969.

She worked at Wayfair in Ogden, Utah in customer service and where she made many lasting friendships. Before that however she worked at West Bend Company in Reno, Nevada as office manager. She loved everything about working there and became friends with many people.

She had a special bond with her niece, Kelly who at age 12 moved from Utah to Reno to live with her. Karen raised her into adulthood. They had a loving mother/daughter relationship which brought them both much joy. When Kelly married and became a mother herself, Karen loved being grandma to little Sammy. She was so happy to have him in her life.

In her later years, as her health began failing, she moved back to Utah to live with her sister and brother-in-law in South Weber.

She loved to crochet, read and sit in the sunshine relaxing. She loved animals and made over 100 blankets for the animals at two different animal shelters. She was a loving generous person who was always first in line to support a fund raiser or help anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jerry and Marty.

She is survived by two sisters; Susan (Larry) Richardson and Madonna Richards and her brother, Frank (Teena) Wallace; Also loving nieces and nephews and many friends who will miss her dearly.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Brigham City Cemetery.
