Joshua Johnson

Joshua Landon Johnson passed away in a motorcycle accident Monday April 27, 2015. He was born September 26, 1987 to John and Julie Johnson in Clearfield. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, uncle, friend and was a great example of living life to the fullest.

Josh graduated from Northridge High in 2006 where he was an All State football player. He then attended Dixie State University. He moved back to Layton and took over the family business and became a manager at Piano Gallery. Josh's love of football has continued as a coach and player. He loved all sports and was always willing to put his all into any game he played.

His love for his family and friends was always apparent as he was always there when you needed. He would do anything for anyone and touched lives with his big smile and happy disposition.

Josh is survived by the love of his life Sabrina Medina Kelton and her two sons, Chase and Dillon; parents John and Julie Johnson, sister Jenessa (Erik) Van Woerkom, niece Jaylie Mae, grandmothers Nancy Pace and Mary Johnson, great-grandmother Afton Pace, Sabrina's parents Leon and Bobbi Medina, 19 aunts and uncles and 25 cousins.

Preceded in death by his grandfather John Johnson Sr. and great-grandpa Jack Pace.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd. where friends may visit with the family Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday before the service. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton.
