Jacqueline Schofield Beens

July 16, 1948 – December 25, 2017

I was born on July 16, 1948, and passed away on December 25, 2017.  I was the second daughter of Jack C. Schofield and Lorraine Weaver Schofield.  I have six sisters and one brother who was stillborn.  I grew up in Kaysville, Utah, and attended Kaysville Elementary, Central Davis Jr. High, Kaysville Jr. High, and graduated from Davis High School in 1966.  I lived in Missoula, Mt for five years and attended U of M.

I lived in Fruit Heights, Murray, and Brighton, Utah; Las Vegas, NV; and Vancouver, WA; but spent most of my life in Kaysville and Layton, Utah.  I was a member of the Kaysville 4th Ward of the LDS Church.  I had many different jobs.  I retired from HAFB.  I had a great life in spite of many health problems.

I was preceded in death by my parents, grandparents, my infant brother, one niece, three nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  I am survived by sisters Judy Burton, Jill (John) Smith, Jolene Frazier, Jennifer (Craig) Jacobsen, Jerilyn (Dan) Pulido, and Jana Norberg, and many nieces and nephews and their families, also many cousins.  I loved them all dearly.

I am thankful for all of the help I have received from my family, friends, neighbors, and health care providers.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E. Crestwood Road.  Friends may visit family Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main.
