Gregory Scott Woodbury

Gregory Scott Woodbury, 43, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2007 from injuries sustained in an ATV accident.

He was born May 30, 1964 in Denver, Colorado, son of Robert Elroy Woodbury and Shirley Jean Etterlein Woodbury Johnson.

On January 21, 1982, Greg married the love of his life, Jerilyn Gardner, in Ogden, Utah

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints West Point 4th Ward.

Greg was employed at Petersen Incorporated as a welder.

He loved the outdoors where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, horse-back riding. He loved all animals especially his dog, Bandit, who was at his side at all times. Greg spent many hours riding his horse, Cherokee, in the Uintah''s and Middle Fork. He loved being around family and friends. He enjoyed making others laugh and smile.

Greg is survived by his wife, Jerilyn; four sons, Shane (Jamie) Woodbury, Roy; Nick, Josh and Bryce, all of West Point; a grandson, Kaden Woodbury; his mother, Shirley Johnson, Ogden; a brother, Bob Woodbury; a sister, Judy (Alan) Dennis, Clearfield; and mother-in-law, Glenda Gardner.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Woodbury; and his father-in-law, Max Gardner.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 18th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m., at the mortuary.

Interment, West Point Cemetery.
