Dustin Dale Putnam

1976-2015

It is with great sadness, we announce that our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend Dustin Dale Putnam, 38,  passed away suddenly after a short illness, at his mother’s home in Bountiful, Utah.

He was born February 6, 1976 in Bountiful, Utah the son of Scott and Judy Walls Putnam.  He had worked for his uncle in heating and air condition and was a fireman/paramedic for South Davis Metro Fire.

Dustin loved his family and friends, the outdoors, BBQ’s and was an avid fly fisherman.  Dutch John and Flaming Gorge was his second home.

He is survived by his mother Judy Walls, brother Cody, sister Jennifer and his former wife of nine years Heather; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, his brother Heath and their dogs Hagen and Butch.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, January 23, 2015 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may visit family from 9:15 – 10:45 am prior to services.
