Alice Faye Van Zweden, 58, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, from health issues. She was born on October 3, 1962 in Ogden, Utah, to Raymond Arthur and Margeret Louise Boynton McTee. Alice graduated from Ogden High School in 1981.

She married Kirk Joe Van Zweden on July 16, 1982. Alice and Kirk lived in Washington Terrace, Utah.

Alice worked at a Maverik Country Store as a cashier and for Infinia Health Care as a cook for several years until she became a stay-at-home mom and grandma.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Alice was very excited to be a great-grandma to Jeremy William Saffell. She loved spending tie with her family and loved camping and being outdoors.

Alice is survived by her husband, Kirk Van Zweden of Washington Terrace, Utah; three children, Heather (Jason) Mikesell of Clinton, Utah; Licia (Eric) Saffell of Perry, Utah; Cody Van Zweden of Washington Terrace, Utah; eight grandchildren, Daniel Davis, Matthew and Eva Facer; Nickoli, Jordon, and Addison Saffell, and Asher and Kansas Van Zweden; one sister, Mary Ann McTee Jorgensen, Ogden, Utah; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandsons, Johnathon Van Zweden and K. J. Van Zweden; parents, Raymond A. and Margaret B. McTee; sister, Louise McTee Kelso; brother, Ray McTee; and her grandparents.

A Memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park, 145 North Monroe Blvd, Ogden, Utah, with Bishop Jeremy Kitchen officiating.

A luncheon will follow the services at 4855 South 300 West, Washington Terrace.
