William Scott Duncan

William Scott Duncan passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at Rocky Mountain Care in Clearfield Utah,

Scott was born on October 14, 1951 to James, Richard Duncan and Shirley Rose Garrard Duncan in Ogden Utah. 

He attended Wilson Lane school in Weber county which he loved and has made many great friends that he has kept in contact with throughout the years from Wilson lane. 

Scott worked for Ogden standard examiner delivering newspapers and also worked as a crossing guard for Ogden school district. 

He was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. 

He loved working with leather, making wallets for his friends and himself. 

Scott is survived by his sister Debra, (Kevin Bird) , sister-in-law, Dixie Duncan, his nieces Shauntae, ( Ben Anderson) Megan ( Ian Ericksen) nephews, Tyler Bird, Justin Bird (Melissa). 3 great Nephews 6 great Nieces, 3 great great nephews and 2 great great nieces . 

Scott proceeded in death by his father James, Richard Duncan, mother Shirley Rose Garrard Duncan, his brother James, Richard Duncan Jr, his sister, Rosalee Duncan, his niece, Crystal Edwards and nephew, Michael, John Edwards 

Graveside services will be held Monday, May 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Ben Lomond City cemetery 526 E. 2850 N. North Ogden, Utah
