Wendy Lu Schmidt

Wendy Lu Schmidt, 58, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 in Bountiful, Utah.

She was born April 14, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah the daughter of Lloyd W.  and Dorothy Margaret Moorhead Schmidt.

Wendy attended Boulton Elementary and later received schooling at the Special Education Center in Kaysville.  She attended the special needs ward in Bountiful.  Wendy enjoyed singing, puzzles, arts and crafts. She loved fishing with her parents and caring for her birds.

She is survived by her sister Sally Promenschenkel (James) of Dublin, Ohio and four nieces, Joyce Miroslaw (Alan), Kimberly Promenschenkel, Linda Promenschenkel and Michelle Washek (Drew).  Preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may visit family from 10:00 -10:45 am prior to services.  Interment Bountiful City Cemetery.
