Walter Clair Wadman passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024. He was the son of Raymond A. and Marion R. Wadman.

 

Walter Clair was very talented; he was All American in baseball at Weber College, with a batting average of 488, and played with the Ogden Reds for a time. He also cut and designed baseball bats. One thing he was most proud of was the square-headed golf putter he invented.

 

Walter Clair is survived by brothers, Dell Ray, Curtis, and Kim (Regina) Wadman; and sister, Maryonne Wilson. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Barrie Wadman.

 

To honor his life, there will be a gathering on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the home of his sister, Maryonne, 5146 South 350 East, Washington Terrace.

 

Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
