ST. LOUIS, Missouri a€" Verner Lorenzo Stromberg, PhD., 87, died Friday, September 21, 2007 in St. Louis. He was the beloved husband of the late Maxine Davis Stromberg; loving father of Dr. Brent V. (Mary) Stromberg and Diane Kay Stromberg; dear grandfather of Jennifer Avery, Lauren (Jon) Funk, Christopher (Amanda) Stromberg, Carter (Leandra) Stromberg, Allison and Morgan Stromberg; dear great-grandfather of Ashley Avery; and brother of Carl William and George T. Stromberg.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
Friends may call at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Saturday from 1:45 to 2:30 p.m.
