Velma Hooper Arave

ROY - Velma Hooper Arave, 85, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013.

She was born December 12, 1927 in Hooper, Utah to Frank and Margaret Anne Child Hooper.

On August 13, 1946, Velma married Kenneth V. Arave. He preceded her in death May 17, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.

Velma is survived by her children, Kenneth H. (Debra R.) Arave, Vicki Arave, Douglas K. (Linda) Arave; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Milton Hooper and one sister, Jane Webb.

In honoring her wishes, a private graveside service was held.
