VeeAnn Baker Seager passed away on October 26, 2025. She was born to Max M. and Madge White Baker on December 10, 1937, in Bicknell, Utah. She enjoyed growing up in that rural setting, surrounded by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She and her family later moved to Durango, Colorado where she graduated from high school. She then returned to Utah to attend BYU.
VeeAnn married Spencer L. Seager on June 10, 1960, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were blessed with four wonderful children, S. Douglas Seager (Shelly), Vicki Barlow (Keith), Wendy Gardner (Troy) and Jeffrey M. Seager (Michelle). They were also blessed with five beautiful grandchildren, Megan, Bradley, Nate, Braden, and Andrew.
She loved to travel. She and her family enjoyed many wonderful trips. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
VeeAnn was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Wendy; her parents; sister, OraNell; and brother, Gary.
A private viewing and graveside service was held for her immediate family at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
