Beloved father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend left our lives way too soon. Ty was born November 28th, 1986, in Layton, Utah to Todd and Susan Webster. He fought a hard and courageous battle until his passing on August 13th, 2025.
Ty grew up in Fruit Heights and attended Davis High School where he excelled in football, wrestling, and track. Ty would go on to serve a mission in Guadalajara, Mexico for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Following his mission, Ty came home to marry his first wife and brought 4 beautiful daughters into this world, Kate, Kotah, Gracie, and Livi. They were his light, joy, and love in the dark and empty spaces. He would later get his associates degree in Sports Science from Eagle Gate college.
Ty excelled in many areas in his life and worked hard fulfilling his responsibilities as a father. His job with Valley Glass gave him a love and skill for installing residential, commercial, and vehicle glass, this is where he met one of his best friends, Trevin. Ty would follow Trevin to his final job at Precision Auto Glass as a Mobile technician. Ty was determined to be the best employee possible and always gave his best.
Ty had various hobbies from riding his motorcycle to creating the next best recipe for smoked food. Ty loved experimenting with food and seasonings, which made him an excellent chef. We will deeply miss Ty’s famous bacon wrapped Jalapeño poppers. He loved being the funcle (fun uncle) even though half the time he couldn’t hear the kids crazy teasing or funny remarks. He enjoyed playing video games, watching movies, and most of all spending time with his daughters. You could tell when Ty was with his daughters because he would come over with painted nails or fun makeovers. He always had a smile on his face and knew how to give the best bear hugs.
Ty is survived by his daughters: Kathrine “Kate” Marie Webster, Dakotah “Kotah” Riley Webster, and Livia “Liv, Yaya” Ruth Webster. Parents: Todd and Susan Webster. Siblings: Brittnee Webster, Scott (Maren) Webster, and Kortnee (Wade) Liljenquist. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved and adored him deeply.
Ty is preceded in death by his daughter, Gracie Noel Webster who lovingly welcomed her dad to the other side along with his grandparents Jay and Janne Webster, F. Gene and Verla Raymond, and many other loved ones.
We would like to thank the Clinton police department, especially Officer Shepherd, Detectives Butcher and Hubbard, the Weber County and Rich County Sheriff offices and all others who responded. Thank you to Lainey James for all the effort put into finding Ty and Kyra MaRae McDonald for her diligence in relaying messages as they came in. We thank Precision Auto for all the flyers made with the help of Trevin and Samantha Murphy. We especially would like to thank Ezra Tooley for finding Ty and giving us the closure we needed.
