Tom E Johnson Jr

Tom E. Johnson Jr. passed away January 4, 2012 at South Davis Community Hospital in Bountiful, Utah. He was born September 12, 1993 in Chicago. He lived in Ogden for four years and in Bountiful for the last three years. He enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his parents Louis and Clotile Johnson, who adopted him at birth and raised him. He is also survived by his biological parents Tom Johnson Sr. and Ellison Montgomery; brother, Dante Johnson; seven sisters, Michelle McDaniels, Monique Johnson, Samantha Johnson, Shamika Johnson, Ieesha Montgomery, Ikeea Johnson, Jasmine Johnson; also survived by a special friend at South Davis Community Hospital and a host of other relatives.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Ebony Montgomery.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012 at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. with a visitation an hour prior. Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
