It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beautiful and beloved Tiffany Nicole Passey. Born on May 26, 1989, in Ogden, Utah, Tiffany grew up in Layton surrounded by family and friends who cherished her vibrant spirit and boundless sense of adventure.
From a young age, Tiffany was always on the move, climbing trees, bouncing sky-high on the trampoline, and filling her world with laughter and love. She made lasting memories at Layton High School, where she graduated in 2008. She especially loved being on the swim team and spending time with her close-knit circle of friends.
Tiffany’s smile could light up any room, and her presence brought joy and warmth to everyone around her. Her time with us was far too short, but the love she shared and the memories we hold will remain with us forever.
She is survived by her loving parents, Julie and Mark Singleton (North Salt Lake), and Kenneth Passey (Salt Lake City); her grandmother, Myrna Passey (Millcreek); and her siblings whom she adored: B. Andrew Singleton (Houston, TX), Stephanie (Jason) Draper (Syracuse, UT), Thomas (Boram) Singleton (Pleasant Grove, UT), BreAnn (Tyler) Cook (Payson, UT), and Kayla Bigler (Nampa, ID).
Tiffany was a proud and playful aunt to her nieces and nephews: Bryton Draper (St. George, UT), Beckett and Avilynn Draper, Minseo, Samson, Jethro (“Yeti”), and Ari Singleton, and Luke and Leon Bigler.
Welcoming Tiffany home with open arms in Heaven are her nephew Aiden Cook; her grandparents Ordell Passey, Gary and Kay Muir, William and Sharon Singleton; and her beloved Uncle Lynn Muir… who no doubt greeted her with a hug and just a little teasing.
Tiffany often reminded her family to “stay strong!”, a message we now hold close to our hearts. And if we could share one thing in her memory, it would be this: Hug your kids, your parents, your siblings… every chance you get.
We love you, Tiff. Always.
