Terry K Jensen
Terry passed away comfortably on Friday, October 25, 2013 after a courageous battle with lung cancer at Heritage Park Assisted Living. He was born on April 12, 1939.
Terry is survived by his daughter, Jessica Jensen; son, Clint Jensen; brothers, Kim and Val; sister, Trudee Smart; and wife, Isabel (divorced).
He was preceded in death by his son, Kerry; and sister, Thora Segura.
Services entrusted to Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary.
