With deep love, we remember Suzanne Hardy Krise, our beloved and wonderful wife of 41 years, mother, sister, and friend, who passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024, after a courageous and years long battle with cancer. Suzanne was born on May 26, 1963, and grew up in Northern Utah.
She met her husband William "Bill" Krise while helping a friend move to California. Bill was stationed at Camp Pendelton Marine Base. They met by chance but in that meeting they had a profound effect on one another. They fell in love and after three months were married at the Chapel on Hillfield and were later blessed with two children. They worked hard on their relationship, there were good times and bad, but they persevered and remained committed to their relationship and family.
Suzanne loved nature and the mountains, she and Bill would spend time camping and exploring trails riding on the four-wheeler and side by side, taking photos and watching the sunsets. She also enjoyed taking trips to Wendover to play on the slot machines and see live shows of musicians she loved with her husband and friends. She also loved her huskies, Jake who brought her joy and comfort for the last two years and Suka who she is now reunited with.
She was a pillar of love and strength for her family, along with everyone who knew her. She was a strong woman who never let anything get in the way. She worked hard to help support and provide for her family. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Suzanne is survived by her husband, William Krise; children, Ashley Flemister and Nathan Krise; sister, Nancy Giebler; sister-in-law, Kathy Hardy; and brother-in-law, Brad Soloman.
She is now with our Lord in heaven and her parents, R.G and Alice Hardy; brother, Blaine Hardy; and sister, Peggy Soloman.
