Susan Dickson

Susan Dickson, age 64, passed away on May 6, 2024 in Clearfield, Utah. She was born on April 25, 1960, in Frankfurt, Germany to Col. Rodney Dickson and Lois Howard. She graduated from Robinson High School in 1978.   She attended Geroge Mason University and Radford University.  

Susan was an excellent student.  She had an infectious laugh that could brighten upon any room and was a loving mother.
 
Throughout her vibrant life, Susan journeyed through various places, leaving a piece of her heart in each - from the serenity of West Germany to the enchanting White Sands of New Mexico; from the picturesque landscapes of Petaluma, California, to the scenic beauty of Bountiful and Layton in Utah; from the historic charm of Brussels, Belgium, to the bustling streets of Fairfax in Virginia; and from the tranquil neighborhoods of Altadena and La Crescenta in California to the desert oasis of Sierra Vista, Arizona.
 
In 1979, Susan embarked on a new chapter by exchanging vows in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Her love for music filled her days with melodies that warmed hearts. She loved art and sports. The outdoors were her solace where she found peace and serenity. 
 
Susan leaves behind a legacy cherished by many. She is survived by her son Joey Hibbard who will forever hold her close in his heart. Her siblings Kevin Dickson and John Dickson mourn her passing alongside her stepmother Ann Dickson.
