Stephanie Joshongeva passed away on April 3, 2015. She was born on April 2, 1975 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was adopted by Franklin and Margie Poocha Shupla. She grew up in Ogden, Utah.

Stephanie married the love of her life, Mychal Joshongeva on February 16, 2008. Together they have five children.

Stephanie loved taking care of her children and was a passionate artist. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and practices Hopi tradition.

Stephanie is survived by her husband, Mychal; sons, Nano, Alex, and Adrian; daughters, Myriah and Sonia; natural mother, Cleo Koinva; natural father, Ronald Silva; siblings, Garalene Povatah, Lindsey, Felicita, and Caldon Koinva, Marshall and Winchell Shupla, Blaine, Gene, Charlie, and Susan Austin, Carl, and Calvin Masaquaptewa, Jamie, Wyman, and Cedrine Navenma, and Amanda Pawesiema.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her adopted parents Franklin and Margie Shupla; and brother, Robert Shupla.

Interment will be at Polacca, Arizona.
