Stella Clara Yates

Stella Yates, 81, passed away on January 7, 2025, in Rochester, Minnesota. She was born on November 13, 1943, in Ogden, Utah, to Wayne and Lena Milito Yates. She graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1962. 

She was a beautician retired from Defense Depot Ogden. She lived in the Ogden area until moving to Minnesota in 2018.

Stella was a loving, kind generous, selfless lady. She loved being a dog mom and was often seen taking them on walks.

Stella is survived by her two brothers, Lynn (Marva) Yates of Ogden and Dennis (Shelly Yates of Hurricane. She was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, Bill Hunter and her parents.

Family services were held.
