Shirley Mae Wilkerson

Shirley Mae Wilkerson, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 27, 2012. She was born on December 12, 1935, the daughter of James C. and Freda Mae Miller Wilkerson in St. Joseph, Missouri, but grew up in Ogden, Utah.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Freddy V. Archuleta and Shirley had 3 sons.

Shirley was the manager of Driftwood Motel in Brigham City for 13 years. She became a dietician for Wasatch Care Center, where she retired from after 14 years.

She loved animals, but was especially fond of her birds and her dog. She to loved to decorate particularly making and hanging curtains.

Shirley is survived by her sons, Freddy Michael Archuleta, Larry (Cheryl) Archuleta, Mickey (Marjean) Archuleta, Richard Archuleta and Randy Joe (Felicia) Archuleta; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and brothers Larry (Carol) Wilkerson and Donald (Lori) Wilkerson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronny Wilkerson.

A Private Memorial service will be held.

Cremation entrusted to Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary.
