Shirley Beatrice Chadick "Together Again"

Our beloved Mother and Grandmother, Shirley B. Chadick, 85, passed away peacefully at the home of her son, surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 18, 2013. She was born on December 31, 1927, the daughter of Joseph and Ruby Anderson Wilson in Ogden, Utah.

Mom enjoyed being a wife and mother and raising her family. She had a great love for animals. Mom enjoyed baking, painting, making ceramics and dolls as well as photography.

Shirley was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a Daughter of Utah Pioneers serving in several callings. She went through the temple later in life being sealed to the love of her life, Morris G. Chadick.

Shirley is survived by her children, Jeff "Sam" Chadick, Joe Chadick, Tim (Donna) Chadick, Morrine Alexander (Brian) , and Bill (Sherrie) Chadick; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and brother, Don (Donna) Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Diane; son, Kirk; and brother, Russell.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
