Our sweet baby daughter, Sayler Jade Tobias, was born and passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.

She is survived by her loving parents Chad and Heidi Lynn Tobias and sister Kenickie.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
