Samantha Wehus

Samantha Marie Wehus, 21, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015.  She was born on February 14, 1994 in Ogden, Utah to William “Bill” Wehus and Jaime Long.

Samantha attended Syracuse High School, and later North Ridge learning center.  She loved hunting with her family or camping and being outdoors.  She was full of life.  Samantha loved boating, music, dancing, horseback riding, hanging with her sisters, but most of all she loved being a mom.  She was the best Mom!

She is survived by her son, Aidan Rodney Rose; Mother, Jaime Hale; Father,William “Bill” (Jan) Wehus; sisters, Kaia Hale, DeVyne Hale, Jayde Hale, Atheyna Hale; step-brothers, Bastian Hill, Jimmy Gardner and Jesse Gardner; step-sister, Charlotte Constantino, and many grandparents, many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.

Samantha was preceded in death by her great-grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 14, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit with family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
