Roberta Jean Rylie Clark Garfield

Roberta “Bobi” Jean Rylie Clark (Garfield), age 84, died in Ogden, Utah, January 16, 2026. She was born December 18,1941 in Long Beach, California, the daughter of Lewis Frank and Neta (Cutler) Rylie.

She married Lawerence “Larry” Layne Clark on September 12, 1964, in the Los Angeles LDS Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Following the death of Larry she married Thomas Edward Garfield Jr. on November 5, 2010, in Layton, Utah.

Bobi is survived by her husband, Tom Garfield; her sons, Dallas (Ane Marie) of Laketown, Utah; Chad (Stephanee) of Layton, Utah; and seven grandchildren Austin (Chloe), Amber (Jordan Jensen), Dakota (Kayla), Kyler (Karissa), Kinnen, Hayden, Rylie and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Layne Clark; daughter, Shannon Marie Clark; parents, Lewis Frank and Neta Rylie; and brother Robert “Bob” Rylie.

Interment, Garden City Cemetery. Garden City, Utah. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
