On December 26th, 2025 Robert Glenn Swan of Layton, Utah returned to his Heavenly Father at the age of 56.
He is survived by his parents; Ron and Lynda Swan and Melvin and Sue Enders, His sisters and brothers-in-law Pamela and Troy Wright and Wendy and Bryan Palmer; Uncles Tom (Sandy) Rathburn, Bob Rathburn, step siblings Craig Enders, Kirk (Linda) Enders, Tony (Kris) Thompson, many nieces and nephews and beloved dog Kali "his life".
Many peoples paths crossed with Rob's and we will be forever grateful for their involvement, love and time.
Rob was a die-hard Utes fan! He loved all types of music, was an avid Trekkie (Star Trek fan)... as long as it was Next Generation..... but most of all Rob loved people! If you came into contact with Rob, you were his friend. We could all learn from his capacity to love. Once in Rob's orbit, there was no escape.
Rob was preceded in death by his loving grandparents Glen & Gwen Swan and Elmer & Florence Rathburn, and his Aunt Darla Kettle.
We invite friends and family to join us in a celebration of life on Friday January 9, 2026 from 1 to 3 p.m. to visit family in a casual open house format. As a tribute to Rob's favorite team and color, feel free to wear your best Red.
