Riley Andrew Meenderink, 21, died Thursday, January 19, 2012. He was born on October 11, 1990 to Mike Meenderink and Lori Salee. Riley was a great outdoorsman and loved hunting, camping, fishing, snow boarding, baseball, basketball, and his hunting dog, Booger. Riley''s kind soul and pure heart will truly be missed. Riley was preceded in death by his grandparents Ann and Bob Hoffe, Robert Salee and Arthur Meenderink. Riley is survived by his parents Michael and Jodeen Meenderink, Lori and Jeffrey Salee, his brothers and sisters, Casey (Ashely) Meenderink, Brady (Lindsey) Meenderink, Parker (Lindsay) Meenderink, Haley (Chris) Verburg, Caressa Salee, Gavin Salee and Chloe Salee. He is also survived by Grandma Nelda Meenderink, Grandma Fran Racine and Grandparents David and Joyce Figgner and by many loving aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 28th at 12 noon at the Roy City Cemetery, 2300 West 5200 South. The family will meet with friends on Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. We would like to invite everyone ( family, friends, acquaintances) to come and join our family in a celebration of Riley''s life on Saturday, January 28th from 1 to 5 p.m. at Las Rocas Reception Center, 3050 South 2025 West, West Haven. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any America First Credit Union in Riley''s name. Riley''s family would like to thank everyone (family and friends) for their kindness and support.
