Richard Charles Wagner, Jr., age 68, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013.

He was born November 22, 1944 in Buffalo, New York the son of Richard Charles Wagner Sr. and Mildred Worley Wagner.

Richard married Sharon Lee Dewey on May 4, 1984 in Riverside, California.

Richard served as a USAF Commissioned Officer, his passion for engineering and mentoring led him to Booz Allen Hamilton. He is remembered by his friends and family, known for talking of his pride and love for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife of 30 years Sharon Wagner, two sons, Jeff, Chris, two daughters, Jennifer Brooke (Ron), Jennifer Dawn (Kirk), six grandchildren, Andrew, Meranda, Zachary, Tyler, Erika, Lizzie, two great-grandchildren, Lee, Alayna, siblings, Diane Nesbitt and David Wagner.

Preceded in death by his loving parents.

A celebration of Richard''s life will be held Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family one hour prior to services at the mortuary.

In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to any hospice.
