Reita Mae Moulton Hansen Garner Bybee
Reita Mae Moulton Hansen Garner Bybee was welcomed home to the arms of our Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 25, 2011. She was born June 29, 1936 to Lester Richard and Phyllis D. Poulsen Moulton in Wapello, Idaho.
In April 1952, she married Dean C. Hansen. After a few short years together, Dean passed away in 1960. Reita married Paul Garner in 1962 in Elko, Nevada, they were later divorced. In 1985, she married Curtis Charles Bybee in Sunset, Utah.
Reita was an active member of the LDS Church and held many positions. She especially loved working with the youth. Reita enjoyed many hobbies, two of her favorite hobbies were metal detecting and panning for gold.
She loved her family and friends unconditionally and was loved in return. She adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Reita is survived by her husband, Curtis; sons, Randy Curtis (Audrey) Bybee, Houston, Texas; Dennis Laren (Jennifer) Bybee, Meridian, Idaho; Tracy J. Dean Hansen, Washington Terrace; and Russell Wayne Bybee, Uintah; Teri Lyn Hansen (Guy) Ewing, Plain City; Penny Gayle Hansen (Chet) Stark, Liberty; Jodi Ann Garner Perkins, West Point; and Kristi Garner (Russell) Moore, Liberty; 22 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Jack L. Moulton, Ogden; and sister, Betty Joan Moulton, Layton.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard D. Moulton and son, Daniel Raymond Bybee.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Syracuse Cemetery.
