Rebecca Larson Siniscalchi, 52, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at home with her family and with her husband by her side. She was born in Austin, Texas, on December 11, 1969 the daughter of Jon and Sally Drawhorn Larson. After graduating from high school, Rebecca attended college.

She married James “Jim” Joseph Siniscalchi on February 14, 1999 in Herriman, Utah. Her dad Jon was a bishop and married them. In September 2012, the family was sealed in the Manhattan temple with her mom and dad in attendance.

Rebecca was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ and enjoyed serving in the Primary especially in the Nursery. She worked as a loan processor for Capital Advantage Network in Salt Lake City and RIIPCO on Long Island, NY. She was a deal maker, liked structuring loans, the boss and a homemaker. 

Rebecca enjoyed gardening; she was known in her family as the animal kingdom queen, as she had in depth knowledge and love for animals as she had often rescued, rehabilitated, and cared for them; she enjoyed reading and writing. She loved and had a gift for singing and sang with an angelic voice, she also played the violin. She loved the beaches on Long Island and would often go with her family.  She took pleasure in cooking and baking, she would often go walking with her children at nature parks or sitting on benches enjoying the outdoors. 

Rebecca is survived by her husband, James; sons, John Koehler, Nathan Beane, Wesley Jordan Siniscalchi, and Noah James Siniscalchi; daughters; Emily Beane, Elizabeth Beane, Marlie Mikaela Siniscalchi, Tessa Ann Siniscalchi, and Rachel Elena Siniscalchi; father, Jon Larson; brother, William Larson and sister, Maria Larson. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sally Larson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 N. Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
