Phoenix Chase
Phoenix Marie Percifield Chase, infant daughter of Wesley Chase and Nicole Percifield returned to her Heavenly Father December 9, 2010.
She is survived by her loving parents; her grandparents and great-grandparents; aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of her spirit will be held 11 am Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. A visitation will be held from 10-10:45 prior to the services. Feel free to dress casually. Please no black; her colors were pink, green and white.
She is not in our arms but will be in our hearts forever.
