Phillip Alan Lully passed away April 26, 2025, in Ogden, Utah. He was born on December 20, 1951, to Paul Joseph Lully and Constance Marie Minner in Wilmington, Delaware.
He served in the Army National Guard from 1971-1979. He lived in Wilmington, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Davis County, Utah.
He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Layton, Utah.
His hobbies included Photography, Business Entrepreneur, and doing locksmith work.
Some of the organizations he was affiliated with were his church, and he was involved in politics.
He is survived by: Sisters, Karen Lully (Dick), Cynthia Zahuranec and Elise Pinkowski, Brother David Lully (Robin), nephews, Steven Perry and Gary Pinkowski Jr., nieces, Jennifer and Melissa Lully, Heather Burris, Jessica Buckley and Lauren Prochnicki (Alex) and multiple gran nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Paul Joseph Lully Sr., Constance Marie Minner Lully, Sister, Ruth Ellen Perry and brother, Paul Joseph Lully Jr.
Friends may visit with family Thursday May 8, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary 500 E. Crestwood, Kaysville, Utah.
A family burial will be in Wilmington, Delaware at a later date.
