Phillip Andrew Garner our loving brother passed away at his home with family around him from complications of cancer. He was the second of nine children born to Wayne G. and Elaine C. Garner.

He loved getting in the car and just going for a drive, which often included parts of Utah, Idaho, and California. He was even known to return forgotten items left at the family home by his sisters.
