Patrick Lowell Longeneker

Patrick Lowell Longeneker completed his life journey on November 10, 2023 in Clinton, Utah. He fought a long and valiant battle against Alzheimer's disease. He was born in Fresno, California on December 8, 1953. He was born to Joe and Grace George Longeneker who have preceded him in death.

Patrick worked in construction for several years before attending University of California at Santa Cruz. After graduating with a degree in Physics, Patrick worked for many years as a database engineer, working on multi-media messaging solutions and financial applications.

He lived most of his adult life in Santa Cruz, California where he loved to walk on the beach and hike in the mountains. He loved to play his guitar, swim, snorkel, ski, read science fiction and listen to jazz music. He always found projects to work on. He loved a good cup of coffee.

Patrick is survived by the love of his life, Linda Begley and his three siblings Michael Longeneker, Casey Longeneker and Kerry Peyton (Pat).

Per the request of Patrick, there will be no funeral services. He will be cremated and scattered in California. Please remember Patrick by holding your loved ones close and letting them know that you love them.
