KAYSVILLE a€" O. Deuk Kwon "Charlie", 61, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012.
He was born July 12, 1951 in Korea.
Charlie married Kim Nan. She preceded him in death.
He enjoyed fishing and farming. He liked to help others by sharing his fruits and vegetables. Charlie loved animals and people. He will be missed by many.
Surviving are his son Joe Blair, daughter Heidi Blair, two grandchildren, Celina Blair and Cynthia Blair.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
