Neil U. Dickamore, born October 15, 1961, to Thomas and Sharlene Dickamore. He was the 9th of ten children. Neil attended North Ogden Elementary, North Ogden Junior High, graduating from Weber High in 1979. Neil was a lifelong resident of North Ogden.

He enjoyed camping, fishing in the Uintahs at Marsh Lake, hunting various places in Utah, where he shot two bull elk. Neil also had a deep love for the Native American culture. He with his family spent several years going to and being a part of the Mountain Man Rendezvous! Neil was a horse handler for many years for Bruce Hill. Neil also enjoyed his four wheelers most of his life. Neil was a craftsman inventing and creating beautiful works of steel fabrications, decks, and porches. He could envision and build almost anything! He possessed a natural talent in doing so.

Neil worked for Amcor Precast for 33 years, his coworkers gave him the nickname OX, before being forced into medical retirement due to the severity of Rheumatoid Arthritis. After his retirement he faithfully cared for both of his parents daily until their passing.

He was loved by many people most of his life.

Neil met Rebecca Ruth in 1985, they married September 4, 1993. Both bringing into their union, his daughter Amber, her son Brandon, and they together blessed with their son Waylon. Neil and Rebecca divorced in 2005.

He was a great pool player! He taught many people the art of the game. Neil had dogs, cats and thoroughbred horses throughout his life. In 1998 Neil was gifted a wolf pup from his wife, who he affectionately named Timber.

Neil was a proud man, refusing to give into the horrible disease that ravaged his body. Neil passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2025.

Neil is survived by his children, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and eight siblings. Preceding him in death both of his marvelous parents and one sister.
