Neil Blythe Breeden

Neil Blythe Breeden passed away Friday, March 4, 2016. He passed away with his loving family by his side and we know he is happy to be reunited with his wife, Dixie.

Neil was a civil servant who spent time in two branches of the military. He spent his life in the betterment of his fellowman and taught those around him civility, humanity and strong moral ethics. Neil traveled throughout his life living and working in various countries such as Egypt, Russian, Argentina and Korea. Neil was a strong advocate for close family ties and loved deeply is children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Neil and grandchildren.
