Monet Trinity Dufala passed away suddenly at the age of 22 on Monday September 22nd, 2025. She was born in Ogden, Utah on January 31st, 2003. As a child she enjoyed finding adventure and spending time with family and friends. She met and married her high school sweetheart Max on May 14th, 2021 and while their time together was cut short, he will always cherish the love they shared.
Monet was an incredibly strong, compassionate, and genuine woman who saw the best in everything. She was the kind of person who always had something positive to say. Monet had a great love for animals, especially for her beloved dog Sebastian who was always by her side.
Monet had a lot of ambition in life to fulfill her goals. She had many plans for her life and hoped to achieve a future in a field of helping others. She enjoyed expressing herself through different forms of art and had a passion for music. Monet strived to create a better world by practicing philanthropy; she was very selfless, dependable, and was always there for the people who needed her.
Monet is lovingly remembered by her parents Matthew and Jennifer Dufala, her husband Max Dayley and her sister Meridian Dufala. She will be missed by many including her father and mother in law Todd and Norma Dayley, her grandparents David and Jimmienell Dufala along with many others such as her aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
Monet had a strong belief system finding comfort in her faith, and enjoyed sharing it with others. For the happiness you gave us, no one will ever know. It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone, a part of us went with you the day God called you home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday September 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah. Family and friends may visit Friday From 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary prior to the service.
