Maxine H. Taylor

Maxine Taylor OGDEN – Maxine Taylor passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on Friday, April 20, 2007. She was born August 5, 1917 in Roy, Utah, to Frank and Margaret Ann Child Hooper. She was raised and educated in Hooper. Maxine married Thurman P. Taylor on January 25, 1940 in Ogden. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. Surviving are her daughters, Elgia (Nyal) and Nancee, daughter-in-law (Luana) and grandson Brad. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband and son Larry. The family would like to express their gratitude to Crestwood Care Center, Ogden Regional Medical Center, and Dr. Robert Mohr and his staff. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop Dale Cable of the Washington Terrace 13th Ward officiating.
