Mary Patricia Hansen Browning

July 5, 1930 ~ May 6, 2016

Mary Patricia Hansen Browning, 85, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016.  She was born on July 5, 1930 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Lorin Rigby and Iola Ida Eichmeier Hansen.

She married William Keith Browning on September 27, 1952 in Roy, Utah.

Mary was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She worked at DDO for 30 years, where she made countless friends.  She retired in 1991.

Mary enjoyed square dancing and she loved to travel.

Mary is survived by her husband, William; son, Craig (Elaine) Browning of  Washington Terrace; daughters, Julie (Dennis) Hamblin of Roy; Joan (Bryan) Thull of Platsmouth, NE; and Kathy (Jeremy) Owens of Roy; 13 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandmother, one brother, Randy; and three sisters, Margaret, Gerena, and Peggy.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and two grandsons, William and Norman.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
