Martin A. Lee Martin “Marty” A. Lee, 53, of Ogden, Utah, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and son passed away on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. He was born on September 7, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of William Allen and Beverly A. Lee. He loved people and his quick wit and sense of humor always brought a smile to your face and filled a room with laughter. He will be remembered by all that had the opportunity to know him. Marty loved sports and excelled in baseball, skiing, basketball, football, and golf. At the age of 10, he pitched his first perfect game while playing in the Ogden City Little League Baseball Program. He continued to excel in sports through high school and played baseball for the American Legion Baseball League. During high school, he was afforded an opportunity to travel through Europe with his classmates. He always cherished the visits to many countries, the many adventures, and the many memories. He attended Weber State College and the University of Utah. Marty is survived by his mother, Beverly; children: Coree Smith of Houston, Texas; Jayson Lee, and Kadyn Lee of Ogden; one grandchild; and sisters, Sandy (Tom) Coroles of Ogden, and Karen Lee (Smitty) of Lakewood, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his father, William Allen. A private family service was held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
