M. Wade Rallison

M. Wade Rallison, born September 24, 1971, in Logan, Utah, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2025, in North Ogden, Utah, after a 5-year battle with cancer.

Wade is survived by his wife of thirty years, Julie; their three sons, Ryan, Kyle (Kaysie) and Austin (Carly); his mother, Patsy Rallison; his sister, Rhonda Bickford; and his brother, H. Sammy Rallison Jr. Wade was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Samuel Rallison.

Wade grew up in Preston, Idaho, graduating from Preston High School, then furthered his education at U of U.

He and his wife Julie married in 1995, before moving to Wisconsin to obtain his doctorate in dentistry at Marquette University, followed by two years of rounds in Pediatric Dentistry at UNMC.

Wade and Julie were sealed for all Eternity in 1999 at the Chicago Illinois Temple. Wade was an active and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

As a natural caregiver, family was everything to Wade, and he intentionally chose a career that allowed him to be available to his wife and sons. “Dr. Wade” was adored by his patients. His patients knew he cared deeply for them and that they were safe in his hands.

As a lover of nature, the outdoors, basketball, and football, he was an avid hunter, fly fisherman and coach. Giving back wherever he was needed, he coached football for many years, volunteered in church youth programs, and youth activities. He truly enjoyed helping kids work together on and off the field.

Wade, and his dry sense of humor, will be greatly missed by all who were privileged to know and love him.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, 386 E Elberta Drive, North Ogden, Utah. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary.
