LAYTON – Luis Moreno Soto, 85, passed away May 24, 2016.

He was born September 3, 1930 in Chihuahua, Mexico the son of Antonio and Manuela Moreno Soto.

He married Ernestina Aguirre.  She preceded him in death on August 1, 2012.

Private services were held.
