Lorraine Denise Lewis, 55, passed away April 25, 2015.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit with family from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N. Fairfield Road.
