Kevin A. Robinson

Kevin A. Robinson passed away February 12, 2024. He was born June 9, 1959, to John Morris Robinson and Verla Nalder Robinson Kingston. He graduated from Morgan High School, where he enjoyed playing football and tinkering on cars with his friends.

He met and married Shaunna Housley in May of 1979. Together they had three children. They were later divorced.

Kevin worked at Hill Air Force Base and DDO for many years. His true passion was volunteering for the Mtn. Green Fire Department. There he served as a firefighter and EMT.

He enjoyed many outdoor activities including hunting, camping, fishing, and snowmobiling. He loved coaching his son's little league baseball team. Kevin always liked to spend time and hang out with his brother. He was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and passed that on to his children.

Kevin is survived by his children, Megan (Bob) Waldron, Dax Robinson, and Breiana (Steve) Melton; his faithful dog, Waylon; and his ten grandchildren with whom he was so proud!   He is also survived by his siblings, Rick (Kathy) Robinson, Susan (David) Eddington, and Debra Peterson. He was preceded in death by his parents and stepdad, Mark Kingston.

Kevin's children would like to give a special thank you to Jeff Gooch for being such a great friend to him. Thanks, Neighbor!

A Celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
